The course of Dementia Care Practice level 3 was fantastic! The learning materials are really high quality and presented in a logical and easy-to-read way. All modules provided interesting and practical application of the current understanding of the experience of dementia for both those suffering the dementia and their loved ones and carers. I found the navigation of the modules: learning pages, practice tests and final assessment very straight forward - the opportunity to complete trial assessments is a very welcome feature of this course!
I will definitely be coming back to BYTSYZ for further training. You were recommended to me by a colleague and I will, in turn, be recommending your courses to others. I support carers in achieving NVQ qualifications. I will suggest this Dementia course to all carers who support individuals with dementia. The 'personhood' element is relevant to quality care for all individuals.
Thank you again, I am a definite fan of your online learning courses and will be back!

What a course (Control and Administration of Medicines level 3). It seemed that it would take ages due to the fact that you are nervous to take the final assesement. Yes there were a few new questions but with common sense and knowledge given in the course I succeded with the help and advice of the on-line help and support.
Thanks very much for a good rewarding course.
My thanks to the on line support staff.

This course (Child Protection Practice level 3) has been very informative and easy to follow. I was a little worried that you only get 9 minutes to answer the questions at the end of each module, but actually it turned out to be plenty of time.

This was the first bit of studying I've done for quite a few years, I had wanted to go back to studying for a couple of years now but as I am on my own, work and have children to care for I couldn't get out to access a course, so this home learning has been a perfect way forward for me. I've found it fully informative and the support is superb, it has allowed me to take my time, find my confidence and enjoy it. I told my children that I had my homework to do just as they have theirs and a few times we've all sat down together and studied, so its made them feel included in their mothers new adventure. I've enjoyed this BYTSYZ e-Learning course hugely and looking forward to the next course. Thanks BYTSYZ e-Learning for helping me to regain my confidence to study and learn.
