I am half way through the PoVA course and have already started to put some of it into effect. I am finding it very useful so far, the learning material really does help. So I would advise any one to make sure they read and study all of it.

BytSyz's versatile and easy to use management system (KManager) enabled me to register my staff on line and track their progression and results.
The online self-ordering and invoicing system gave me total flexibility.
The fact that all learning is assessed gave me confidence as an employer that learning actually happened.
