Course Description

This BYTSYZ online course explores:

• The promotion of human rights and values
• How to support and promote equal opportunities
• Exploration of human characteristics and the part they play in discrimination

The online course is designed solely to meet the needs of inexperienced and new care workers wishing to extend their knowledge in this area of practice.

In recognition of the experience and previous knowledge of the individual completing the course BYTSYZ has built in explanations of all new and technical terms that the student may be facing for the first time.

To further embed this new and often complex learning BYTSYZ has included a number of care related exercises to encourage:
