Customer reviews about online course Certificate in Communication Skills Level 2 ...

MANDY from Littleborough (14-04-2015)
Just completed communication skills level 2 ... very interesting and helpful.

PATRICIA from Ashford, Kent (13-07-2014)
Myself and other colleges completed a Diabetes level 3 and found this very informative its laid out very well and easy to understand. The time to do the trial assessments is also good. I have been supporting a young girl for 7 yrs who is type 1 diabetic, I ave been on Paula Carr training but BYTSYZ training I have found much more informative for our needs which has leed to 3 staff members to now be able to observed for insulin administration. I would highly reccomend this type of Training to all in in care/support work. I would like to also thank BYTSYZ member of staff who has been on the end of the phone when ever I needed him and found him very helpful. I am just copmleting another course and hopefull many more.

VIJAYA from New Malden (22-05-2013)
I have found this a useful learning experience. I especially like the fact that I can work in my own time and do not have to meet quick deadlines. I find it very useful that I can review my answers if I have time left.
