These qualifications are designed to specifically meet the requirements of the Skills for Care Common Induction Standards ONLY. They do not cover the range of topics for a full qualification in this subject.
They provide a structured approach for meeting the Common Induction Standards (CIS), covering all the outcomes contained within the CIS. These standards are designed to provide a coherent start for workers in the first 12 weeks of employment.
