Unlike a Trial Assessment, which you can take as many times as you wish, the Final Assessment can only be taken once and at the end of your study. Once you have completed your Final Assessment the BYTSYZ system will inform you of your result.

Successful students

When you are successful in your Final Assessment, access to the full range of facilities available in the BYTSYZ Student Learning Zone will be closed.

You will, however, still be able to log into your BYTSYZ Student Learning Account to access your online certificate. When you log in you will be able to:

• View your learning materials
• Print a transcript of the course you have taken (this is an overview of what was covered in the course)
• View your BYTSYZ Certificate

Unsuccessful students

If you are unsuccessful in your Final Assessment, the BYTSYZ System will close your student access to the full range of facilities available through the BYTSYZ Student Learning Zone.

You will, however, still be able to log into your BYTSYZ Student Learning Account access your online certificate. When you log in you will be able to:

• View your learning materials
• Print a transcript of the course you have taken (this is an overview of what was covered on the course)
• View your BYTSYZ Certificate

The BYTSYZ system will inform your sponsoring organisation that you were unsuccessful in your Final Assessment. Your sponsoring organisation is given the option to re-activate your BYTSYZ Student Learning Account, which will allow you to regain access to the BYTSYZ Student Learning Zone. You will then be given the option to re-take the Final Assessment once you feel ready to do so.

If you are authorised to re-sit your Final Assessment the BYTSYZ System will allow you to re-enter the BYTSYZ Student Learning Zone so that you can:

• Have full access to all the facilities in the BYTSYZ Student Learning Zone
• Continue to work through and revise the BYTSYZ Learning Materials
• Take further Trial Assessments
• Re-sit the Final Assessment
