How to register with BYTSYZ e-Learning for an online course?

Click the How to register button on the left side menu and follow the on-screen instructions.

How long does it take to study BYTSYZ online course?

The average study time for each course can bee seen within the course description. Please note: the average study time is not in any way an indicator to your personal possible study time, but it may be the same. The study time differs from individual to individual.

Will I receive paper certificate?

Yes, you will receive paper certificate to your postal address upon request, this is included in the course fee. You must be successful in your final assessment in order to receive paper certificate.

What is the price of e-Learning?

Prices are per registration/student. Please see the price inside of the course description.

How will I know if training has taken place?

All BYTSYZ e-Learning online courses are assessed. Training managers will see the outcomes of the assessments and will be able to print the reports.

Will I receive certificate if I was not successful in the final assessment?

No, BYTSYZ e-Learning provides high quality training and assessment, therefore only successful candidates will receive certificates.

Can I have re-assessment if I was not successful in my final assessment?

Yes, you can have re-assessment for an administration fee of £10.00 + VAT. This fee covers the entire course, all modules within the course.

How much does it cost to use the Learning Management System (LMS)?

Our Learning Management System (LMS) comes free of charge to all organisations. You can use our LMS for as long as you use BYTSYZ e-Learning as your training provider at no extra cost and no subscribtion fee.

Is your online course similar to the one I took last year in house?

To find this; simply compare the course objectives of the course you took last year with the course objectives of our online course.

Can I study your online courses if I am deaf?

Yes, all our courses are suitable for those with impaired hearing. You do not need any extra equipment in order to access and study BYTSYZ e-Learning courses.

Are your Child Protection courses 'nationally recognised' by Ofsted?

This question is usually asked by organisations wanting to deploy online Child Protection training using the BYTSYZ e-Learning platform.
To answer this question we had to ask Ofsted if they 'nationally recognise' courses?

Ofsted said:

"I understand that you have contacted Ofsted regarding child protection training. I'm afraid that we do not have a definition of what 'nationally recognised' might mean; Ofsted does not have any powers to recognise or otherwise such training. We also do not have any publications that indicate what the training should include. When inspecting schools, inspectors will check whether staff have received CP training and any necessary updating, but would not look at the detail of such training.
