Student Assessment and Online Courses

All BYTSYZ courses are assessed. This means that at the end of your period of study with BYTSYZ you will undertake the Final Assessment. This will take the form of a timed test made up of multiple-choice questions. Each question will have four possible answers. You must select the correct answer in order to get the question correct.

The number of questions you will have to answer in your test will depend upon the course you have chosen. This will vary slightly depending on the difficulty or size of the course content.

There is no need to worry about the Final Assessment in the early stages of your study as you can build your confidence by taking Trial Assessments throughout. The Trial and Final Assessments will have:

• Questions of the same type with the same degree of difficulty
• The same number of questions
• The same amount of time to complete the questions

• You can take both your Trial and Final Assessment at any time day or night to suit your requirements
• You are in control of your own assessment
• It allows you to be assessed in the comfort of your own home or when you have a quiet period at work
