Winnovation Training Ltd provides social care training across the sector, this includes NVQ's and classroom based training as well as BYTSYZ e-learning. We chose to use BYTSYZ as we felt it was the best e-learning available for social care.

With BYTSYZ, students receive a transcript as evidence of their work and NVQ assessment criteria is already indicated for them and their assessors. This is invaluable efficient NVQ assessment and we can be certain that students have studied thoroughly due to BYTSYZ's on-line multiple choice testing. Staff will only pass when they truly understand what they have been taught.

The prices of BYTSYZ courses are excellent and quality is not compromised even though prices remain competitive.

On-line training is currently being promoted by government bodies within social care and at Winnovation we understand why it is becoming an essential learning tool for social care professionals.
