We are a private social care company with a reputation amongst local authorities throughout the UK for providing a high level of services, including - children and families, adult services, learning disabilities and contact centres.

After researching the e-learning providers, the company decided to go with BYTSYZ e-Learning and see how things went. It provided the courses we were looking for and the information that is provided was clear and informative.

The learning management system is straight forward and clear instructions are given on how to use it. It is very informative and everything you need is to hand.

The notification e-mails I receive are useful in keeping me up-to-date with the student's progress.

Our units are regularly inspected by Ofsted and they are very satisfied with the training provided by BYTSYZ e-Learning.

After speaking with students the feedback I have received has been positive. BYTSYZ allows the students to learn at their own pace and in their own style, this means they feel comfortable knowing they don't have to rush through the course material to meet a deadline and they can take the final assessments when they are ready. The majority of students like the idea of the trial assessments as this gives them a feel of what the final assessments are about.

When I first took over responsibility for training, I did not know how to use the Learning Management System and had to start from the beginning. I spoke to a gentleman in the support team (Richard) who patiently took me through the system step-by-step. I am not the best with IT but I was very grateful for this support and the clarity of the instructions given.
