I am very happy with the service I have received from BYTSYZ e-Learning. All my staff have achieved Child Protection Practice and are now studying the Control and Administration of Medicines course. The learning materials are very well written, which makes them easily understandable by staff. There are activities to facilitate the learning in context with their role/ideas, which also helps them prepare for assessment.

My staff found it much easier to access training as they do not have to be taken away from the work place. It does not interfere with rotas and staff can spend 1/2 an hour here and there as and when they have free time. Some of my staff like the flexibility of working on their BYTSYZ course in the evening. Staff really like the idea that they get instant results after taking assessments.

KManager is a great tool, which surprisingly comes free. It enables me to track the progress of my staff's learning and gives me information such as how long they have spent studying on-line and the results of their assessments. It also gives me the convenience of instant registration of my staff onto BYTSYZ courses.

All in all BYTSYZ provides excellent support - the quality of their learning materials and the accessibility of their system is effective in enabling me to manage the development of my staff.
