Hi, I found it easy to read, I like that key words are highlighted in yellow, and I made a copy of all the bullet points on a note pad. the material lets you see what you need to make a note of. I liked the trial questions, but don't get confident when you pass one... have another couple of goes before doing the final test. Wish they had this in level 3 because I really enjoyed it. I am a learning support in a secondary school, and because of this course I have a different way of thinking as to why my learners are showing challenging behaviour. I passed in one day, but totally focused on it and had a note pad to take notes. I liked the anger diary idea and the build up crisis models they used. good course, easy to understand, a level 2 in a day. A way of understanding the people around me and how I can behave to defuse situations. I did it to update my CV as these days anger is becoming a big problem in schools and I wanted to understand it from the anger point of view not the onlooker.

I have completed the Managing Anger and Challenging Behaviour (accredited) Level 2 online course.
The material was very understandable and was presented in a very clear structure. I particularly liked the yellow highlighted words and their explanations; I learned a lot about some terminology / vocabulary.
The Trial Assessments have been a great preparation for the Final Assessment and made me realise a couple of time if I memorised or wrote down something incorrect.
Thank you for a great learning experience.
